ISP's DHCP Server does not function properly

I reset factory reset my ASUS router, I’ve put everything back as it was. But I’m still getting this error.

I need information

When I set it to static it connected but no internet

Static up details as follows

IPAddress : not disclosing

Sunnet masc: 255.255.255.192

Gateway : 79.135.101.129

Vlan:911 prio: 0

This connects saying it connected to the internet however none of my devices have an ethernet connection?

@Yayzi_Staff

Unless you have been instructed previously to set a static IP address in your router, it should be set to DHCP on VLAN 911.

It may take around 15 minutes for it to clear on the system on Yayzi’s end and you should regain an Internet connection, hopefully

Thank you ill try and wait for a while with it on dynamic is there any other bits of information I need to put in for this to work

I thought you put your IP address as the gateway address, so I’ve put that back as you didn’t actually disclose your IP address as I mistakenly thought you did

I will check against mine as I am on the same subnet

My set up unfortunately does not show me, what the subnet mask should be. Perhaps @WhyAydan will know as he has access to the backend at least a little bit.

That is a big subnet for 1 IP. Where did you get this from?

Scrolling through this help forum I’ve been at this for hours I’ve tried everything I’ve found so far

I just used a number from that range and it came back with this, but again it could be entirely wrong

Please can you set to DHCP and vLAN 911. If you have a static then your IP should come back as it will be locked to your MAC. If it doesn’t please email [email protected]

Do Yayzi staff bother to comment in here now, seems a little quiet on their side?

I know that they answer tickets etc as the main point of contact. As for the forum and social platforms I’m not to sure. Right now there is a lot of points of contact, a bit too much tbh.
