I’m really happy with the service so far!
It’s now been a few months in, but I’m really happy to be with a broadband supplier that listens and responds to their customers in different platforms like here.
Sometimes these places can feel a lot negative, but it’s been a great tool to get updates on service and future work plans.
Anyway, just thought I’d post to say, keep it up Yayzi!

This is the reason why I like/love Yayzi as they do listen to criticism etc and fix the problems if one does occur

It’s so refreshing to have an ISP that listens to customer concerns and fixes them in a timely manner
It drove me, Quackers To be with Virgin Media who honestly could not give a shit if your Internet was down or not! You would call up and speak to someone offshore that didn’t understand the issue the importance.
Yayzi is like a breath of fresh air

I looked at migrating to Yayzi last year but things where still pretty new and lots of negativity about the service and teething problems, revisited a month or so a go and was much more positive, still some issues but to be expected given the service they are delivering and the growth however the community helps resolve most issues now. So far apart from the migration day had no issues. Good to be a part of the community.
