Thought I’d solved it the other day but it’s all over the place ping is currently 15 and as high as 23 and speed is anywhere from 150mbps this morning to 650 Mbps now
Not sure what’s going off have reset multiple times both routers haven’t turned off the ont though

Yeah all sorted thanks @Yayzi_Chris as usual excellent service. My fault for posting in a forum and not following up with a support email. To all other customers I’d suggest support email then take it from there as if the staff miss the post because they are sorting emails then it won’t be solved as quickly as they would like for us turns out the speed test by Ookla app was giving false results and I used speed rocket and that gave me the actual speeds that Chris was saying I had
