Mercusys Mesh Set Up

Hi, I currently the EX820v router currently on the 900Mb package, I also have 4 Mercusys Mesh units. one being connected to the router, the other 3 acting as Access Points, the Wi-Fi on the router is still enabled.
I am rarely getting more than 100Mbs at each mesh unit so the question is have I got this setup wrong, the 1st mesh unit is connected using Cat6 to the router, any advise welcomed.

How is you kit setup ?

ONT >> EX820 Router >> Mercusys Router <—> Wireless AP
You can remove the EX820 from the config

or

ONT >>>> Mercusys Router <—> Wireless AP

Mercusys Mesh: is this setup as a ROUTER or Mesh AP only?

If its Router mode then you; have double NAT, double Firewalls etc… ALSO Wifi on both EX820 and Mesh won’t help.

You can remove the EX820 from the Setup and use the Mercusys as the Router.

ONT — Mercusys Mesh —Mesh Points.

WAN Type = Dynamic IP (DHCP)
Setup ththe VLAN as 911

or setup the Mesh as a ACCESS POINTS ONLY and disable teh wifi on teh ex820

Cheers for that, I will set up as APMode and disable the EX820 WiFi.
