I just wanted to take a moment to wish you all the most AMAZING Christmas! 
I know the last few weeks haven’t been without their challenges, and things haven’t always gone exactly as planned. But we’ve learned so much, and I genuinely believe we’re already starting to see the huge benefits of the new network. 
There are still a few kinks to work out, but I can’t thank you enough for your patience and for sticking by us as we made these much-needed improvements. 
I can’t even begin to express how much you all mean to us – without you, Yayzi wouldn’t exist! You’re not just a number; you’re the heart of everything we do. 
Every single one of you has helped make Yayzi a reality, and together we’re showing the big players in the market that fantastic broadband doesn’t have to come with a sky-high price tag, and that top-tier customer service doesn’t have to be sacrificed. 
We know we don’t always get everything perfect, but I promise you, we listen and we take every bit of feedback seriously. We are always looking for ways to improve, because we truly believe we can always do better. 
So from me, personally, I want to say a huge THANK YOU for being part of this incredible journey. I’m so excited for what’s to come, and I can promise you that 2025 is going to be an incredible year for Yayzi – and for you, our amazing customers!
