I am moving home and I need to setup move date so I can take the internet with me. I have been trying to conact support by emailing them but no response.
I am wandering is there any quicker way to contact the support team so I can fix the move date?
I work from home. That means internet is like oxygen to me. Any help?

How long have you waited for a response?
It took about 3/4 days the last time I sent an email in. Was last week.
I got a reply after waiting for 5 days and they are saying they can’t give any answers because the postcode software is having bugs and their developer is working hard to fix them!
@krnbrz Is a postcode checker developer and im sure he’ll be more than happy to help, a large Dominoes (Stuffed crust) should suffice as payment.
