Any help appreciated here, I accidently powered off my ONT and Modem and every other network device I had, I now have no Internet.

Rebooting the ONT slows your connection down for a couple days I have noticed but depending where you are the network is down right now
I’m sure that should not be happening with a reboot of the ONT and with a router reset.
Is there a reason why this had happened since the network is supposed to be up is it not?
Give it about 30 minutes it should sort itself and reconnect leave everything on
ONT shouldn’t be touched, can reboot the router whenever doesn’t make a difference. I could just be being dramatic but when I rebooted my ONT I had half the bandwidth for a day or two.
Lol, to be honest the last big outage I was told to reset the ONT with a pin etc, but I will put that pin in the bin so I’m not tempted HA Ha
I have only rebooted it once thinking it was just like a modem and would sort my slightly slower speeds down but it fcuked me over and made it worse
I would love to know the process of what is happening with me rebooting the ONT/Modem, what has to be done from Yayzi’s end or is it all automated and will go into a queue
I feel for you, I’m like that at work!!, give me system access and I can unintentionally screw up the production lines

Oh I must have been fortunate as I rebooted last night and it went off then came back about 30 mins later after much connect disconnects lol also if you have aignet you can see the status from work or anywhere
Come on YAYZI! for some strange reason my IP is back at 192. Should it not be 231.
192 is an internal IP? Nothing that we’ve assigned.
Ah OK thanks, just realised that when connecting to the router, it’s all zeros
Had an email from the support team, there is an issue with the DHCP and it’s been looked at, also please DO NOT reboot the router!!!
Same boat here mate, I’ve raised a ticket, hopefully theyll get back in touch soon.
