Network Change Freeze: 20th December to 6th January

To ensure a stable and uninterrupted connection over the Christmas and New Year period, we will be implementing a network change freeze from 20th December to 6th January.

During this time:

  • No works will be carried out on the network.
  • Requests for upgrades, static IP changes, or similar non-critical services will be actioned after 6th January.
  • Any IP requests already submitted will be actioned as normal.

Our support team will remain available to address any major issues (e.g., outages or service disruptions) during this period. Support will only be available via email at [email protected] during our support hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

Please note that WhatsApp and social media channels will not be monitored during this time.
