New connection NOT Live

Hello

I was supposed to go live with my Yayzi connection 900Mbps today 1 Nov 2023, Cityfibre sent and Sms confirming 0800 to 1300 yesterday.

The service is not live. No call or update from Yayzi or Cityfibre.

Please can someone get back and advise whats going on.

The ONT has 4 lights but routers not getting IP and gateways detaisl over DHCP.

Hi. Managed to get through on Whatsapp. Waiting on the line to fully transfer to Yayzi and needs a resync connection. Waiting on an update to tell me to reboot the kit.
