New customer, installed yesterday morning. Download speed is 35mb upload 0.92mb

Had installed yesterday morning, great work, quick and professional.

However my download speed and upload speed are terrible, worse than my previous broadband provider.

I signed up to the 2gig pro

I’ve run tests all day, restarted router. All to no avail. I’ve submitted support on the app, not sure if it’s gone through. I don’t have confirmation.

What’s going on?

I would recommend you email them, [email protected]…. They’re not here too often

That’s very poor even by 2.4ghz standards… I get what you’re saying to try rule out the wifi, but that seems very abnormal

Hi, Iam in same situation, installed 10th July and first day totally blackout, they said cityfibre issue but today is not registered nothing issue and speed is horrible upload absolutely 0. Latency and stability horrible.
I never have problem with my previously provider like this . Iam not happy now hopefully will fixed everything soon!

Was your previous provider a CF based one too? It’s all the same line, just different routing and different endpoints for the most part

Looks like WiFi as the type on the speed tests results are the WiFi Symbol :slight_smile:

If you are using the router provided by Yayzi :slight_smile:

Disconnect the VPN you have connected on your phone to rule it out while testing.
