Very imminent!
Hey all!
Small update, we’re just working on our final testing in house and then we will be looking to release the new portal in the next 2 weeks.
At the same time we will launch our new order journey and backend systems too
Looking forward to the new portal release (impatiently!). It’s nice to see a company that’s willing to showcase their future ambitions so openly for everyone to see and comment. Chapeau!
Hi, any update on when the new portal will be available? It was going to be 2 weeks about 3 weeks ago LOL, so I’m hoping it’s imminent?
Thanks, GM-A
We aim to go live with new system tomorrow, but give us sometime to gets things working and check everything, then we can open up the portal, as also need to migrate customer into new system etc.
Is this still happening today or been delayed ?
Will the migration be complete at the same time as portal go live?
Seem it will be a developed portal, so might look very nice, let’s hope they deliver a good product to yayzi
The power of mxtoolbox or dig
Please note that while the portal is now online, you will not be able to log in at this time. Kindly refrain from attempting to reset your password or sign up. Further instructions on how to log in will be provided soon.
Can I try doing that over and over again until it works?
If you want to be put in a timeout then sure
I am sorry; I didn’t see this message until I had tried to enter and even tried to change my password. Until I tried it a few times without success. Then went this site and saw the message. Sorry if I caused any problems.
You are fine I’m not sure what the timeout is set but I know if you keep trying to reset then it will block at some point.
Don’t do it.
What a nice new portal that no any reminder that it’s online and not ready!
It should be out this week coming, just awaiting Yayzi to confirm all accounts imported
Could it be is live now? I see they revamped the whole website this morning
Not currently, you will get an email once the account get created
I see they don’t do the 99£ installation fee anymore, which is a big plus, also does anyone know which network they use for the sim offer? I hope is Three as they are the only ones not doing cgnat, even for MVNOs
