New service activation

Hello, how do I raise a support ticket? I have switched providers today. Cityfibre have swapped the ONT and all lights are green but the yayzi router states “No Internet” red light. I figured i’d give it a good few hours (got done around 3PM)

Firstly there isn’t really a great ticket system as they are in the process of upgrading it!

Did you go for a package that has a static IP?

Thanks for the email. I’ll drop them one now before I go to bed. I did go for the static IP option yes. I presume it’s allocated via DHCP though as I haven’t been sent any info re configuration.

That’s right, it is assigned via DHCP and static on their end

Not necessarily, some people are being given a static assignment. But Yayzi send this over to the customer I think

Connection now sorted in any case. It sorted itself out overnight. When I woke up this morning the internet light was blue and everything was working. \o/
