Hi I have just signed up with Yayzi and due to get connected on the 7th Aug after finally jumping ship from EE after they hiked their cost to £100 a month for their super fast full fat fibre.
I see a lot of folk are shouting a lot of praise for Yayzi I’m just hoping I’ve done the right thing.
I’ve been awaiting over a year since CityFibre first dug up the road and will be glad to have finally stop paying £100 for a crap service each month.
I was at the point of jumping ship a whole year ago but just knew if I did CF would come on-line as soon as I had signed up hope the wait and extra expense has been worth the wait…

Welcome to the forum!
Personally I have been issue free since joining Yayzi from Virgin media, who just kept putting the price up every year
Yayzi, unlike virgin do not charge you an extortionate amount for being out of contract like Virgin do - it is the same price as in contact. Which is the way it should be for all ISP’s
Yayzi I find are very transparent with their customer base when issues arise. They are a start up, and a small team, so replies are… not instant, but you’ll get one eventually

Welcome.
You will not regret joining Yayzi as all the people on the forum are always friendly and willing to help with any query you might have. I am on the 2.3gb down/up broadband and it blows Virgin Medias over priced and shitty broadband out the water.
