Lucky that you guys are getting IP back, Mine IP gone for over 12 hrs and still not yet back.
Drop [email protected] a message, that shouldn’t be the case.
Same for me NO IP. I have emailed support who are quick to reply and now just waiting on fix

Support ticket createrd by support mail and waiting. I got 2nd broadband (VM, DOCSIS) so I could have internet but slow upload speed.
Why is my line down again?!
