Well now i have no Internet…and its gone 18.00pm… WTF!!

We’ve been made aware of this. We’re looking into it. It seems to only be affecting a small number of customers and isn’t to do with any ongoing work.

It literally only happened a few mins ago…my net went down to around 17mb…so i thought just reboot the ont…and then no net

So any information on how long this will last then
