No Internet connection ex230v

My Internet connection has been really dropping In and out since I became a user, 2 months now. But last night and tonight the router has told me there is no Internet connection. So I rebooted and restored the router, it was fine eventually last night, but tonight the same happened so again restored but this time it won’t complete the initial setup as there is an error telling me there is no Internet connection to complete. I chose dynamic ip and 911. Am.i missing something or is there a server change causing the problems
