No Internet connection mt6000 new customer

Hello. I got yayzi installed through Cityfibre 3 days ago and no matter what I do with my flint 2 router it keeps saying no Internet connection just wondering what I should do thanks.

Check the Internet/Wan setting.

Make sure The Connection is setup for
DHCP
You need a VLAN set as 911.


Still nothing

What is the ONT showing ?

Try a reboot of the ONT and router.

rebooted both and tried just going from the ONT to the pc still says no internet connection

Could you drop a line over to [email protected] who will be able to check the CityFibre job :slight_smile:

I am also have a MT6000 and did have issues when I got first set up, wasn’t getting a DHCP ACK from Yayzi, was getting the DHCP offer but never acknowledged. Have a look at the logs. Go to System → Log → System Log and see what DHCP is doing.
