No internet connectivity

Hi, we currently have had no connection since 2pm. This is the second time it has happened. Last time we didn’t have internet for over 48 hours. Please resolve this urgently.

Also would you be able to confirm what the status lights are doing on the fiber modem? Also would you be able to confirm what you have tried so far? Such as have you rebooted both the fiber modem and the router?

Hi, thank you for responding. My husband has sent a message to them on WhatsApp but had no response as of yet.

We have tried rebooting both the modem and router but had no luck. All the lights on the modem are blue apart from the internet light which is red. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WhatsApp support isn’t available over the weekend but email support is. Drop us an email to [email protected] and we’ll get this looked at urgently

I’ve just asked my husband and he said he has also sent over an e-mail but we’ve had no response to that either.
