The internet at my ex partners house (Account still in my name) where my son lives 12yr old is still dead after 2 days. been in contact with Liam but its starting to get a bit ridiculous where he cant even get online to do his homework. Ive also spent £18.99 on more mobile data for him which won’t last! I would like an update on why this is still not working approaching its 3rd day. The email ive sent have been polite but can you see why people get mad and upset when it feels like they are being left in the dark. They are both not tech savvy so apart from turning OTN and router off there is not much they can do. Its getting to the stage where i will look at cancelling the contract with you.
I’m sorry that you’re experiencing issues to the point where you are considering counselling however there’s not a lot we can do on the farm as we do not have access to customer accounts, The moderator and admin of the farm are only volunteers just so you know
Unfortunately you are best placed emailing [email protected] which you have been doing. I understand that you’re frustrated with the whole situation and it’s completely understandable anyone else would be given your situation.

I have emailed, ive posted this for them to see and to express my disappointment. Are there other people currently affected with this or is this isolated to there connection only?
I’m one of these, I was worried it was a me problem, until either Liam of Chris told me that there were a few others that hadn’t been migrated properly, this is due to an issue at CF. hopefully they don’t wait till the 12-4am migration window to attempt to migrate us again.
