No internet, no router but was billed already

Good morning, City Fibre turned up this morning and have fitted although 8 days later than it should have been fitted. My questions are why have I been debited £29 yesterday when I haven’t any internet? When will my router be dispatched as need it to get internet? Finally why does my account say my next billing date is 30/11 when I can’t use the service. An extra one: Why is it so difficult to contact or get an answer out your company.

Reply by me as had an email sent explaining and hope it may help others… Billing is triggered automatically, it looks like the system didn’t update . They are going to sort. Router will be sent out and unsure why one is not on the way.
