No internet since Tuesday evening

I’ve had no internet since Tuesday evening in the Manchester area. Is there anyone else having the same issues.

Can you try restarting your ONT and Router - if it’s still off after, please contact Support!

I’d suggest emailing [email protected] but try rebooting.

Thanks, i have tried restarting ont, router and been in touch with support without any success.

I can only see one ticket from you and that was answered by Chris on Thursday.
