No reply from pms emails or posts?

NOC have asked if you could email [email protected] with your WAN MAC they don’t seem to have it.

Still no change on my request

I’m still waiting for a reply as well regarding a change back to my previous static ip from pre migration, sent an email to support on 29th dec asking for an update after originally emailing the noc email address on dec 11th.

Sent the Mac and my old IP and all info 3 days ago. Have emailed multiple times and getting no further
