No service. How long does it take?

I’m in the same boat, installed today, text from city fibre saying we’re good to go, but no internet connection. The network is there, and I can connect to it, no red lights on the new stock router, but no connection to the internet.

We’re already on it :slightly_smiling_face: CityFibre and their automated texts when they’ve not actually provisioned the service -_-
