Hey,
Apologies for having to reach out here but I’ve signed up but looking to cancel before the installation date.
I created a support ticket over 24hours ago and have had no response to it.

I’m sure the Yayzi guys will be able to sort this out for you
Mind me asking why you decided to cancel?
I signed up excitedly without thinking about the need for my landline…
Once Yayzi offer voip I’ll be moving over but until then I’ll be sticking with what I have.
I know there are other vendors for voip but I want to stick with one “provider” if that makes any sense.
Ah I get you, no worries
Currently, I don’t think Yayzi do offer a VoIP but that could change at any time.
I wish you the best and hope to see you join at some point.
I do hate to advertise competitors here but Vodafone offer VOIP.
There are solutions you can use to get a landline phone into VOIP, However, they’re not free, but at the same time they’re also not that expensive. I do wish you the best of luck if you decide to go elsewhere
I’m sure Yayzi will let you cancel issue email [email protected]
Email seem to be the best way of getting in contact with them
You would need one of these boxes called an ATA, Or analog telephone adapter. Or you could buy a VOIP specific phone
I just found this on AliExpress: £18.99 | UNLOCKED for LINKSYS PAP2T-NA PAP2-NA VOIP Phone Voice Adapter with 2 FXS Ports SIP VoIP Adapter Advanced PAP2T R9UA
Of course it would mean that you’re managing the VOIP Configuration
