Weâve requested better updates and theyâve obliged. So we will be able to publish this info now
You gonna change the Status Page software?
Or you able to send these over a webhook/RSS so I can pull them into the discord?
I think weâre going change the status page software
We will get 14 days notice. No SLAâs as such in place for that kind of work, but standard SLA of end of next working day is what we would work off.
Gimmie a shout once you picked one and ill see if we can pull the info down so we get actually decent info.
I would suggest this one as Iâve used it before and loved it
Still getting in game packet loss of between 1 and 5% with a couple of instances of having the âdisconnectedâ icon pop up.
Others still seeing similar behaviour of an evening?
Yes, seems to be getting worse as the days go on. Getting really laggy in games. Over the past week with disconnections regular during peak times.
Something changed about a week ago, literally overnight my pings went up a few ms, but the major change has been peak pings and dropouts.
In comparison this was mine just a week ago, never really faltered from looking like this. Something changed overnight, I had an outage, connection came back with a constant higher ping with erratic peak pings and dropouts.
Hey guys - so weâve been keeping an eye on this and it doesnât seem be a national problem, it doesnât seem to be affecting a lot of areas, so seemingly a local issue in some areas, weâve got a ticket opened with CF.
And peak time arrives and it starts again -
As you can see it gets progressively worse as the peak time progresses, makes gaming totally unplayable. Any chance of escalating this in CF please as somethings not right, this all came about after that overnight blip where my average ping increased permanently afterwards @Yayzi_Team ?
Thanks
Hi Craig, as said above weâve got a ticket open with CityFibre
Not sure if this is the same thing. Iâm in Plymouth and my connection has been pretty ropey for a while. Finally thought to run a speed test and:
This is on ethernet.
Oh okay so recently I done a firmware update on ASUS GT-BE98 which was for MLO and I keeps getting 90-150 download speeds when doing a speed test which I thought was the router. This seems to be an issue all over the place then Iâm guessing.
Totally Unusable tonight, even tried leaving the PC gaming alone and played a bit of poker on my phone, even that kept kicking me for loss of connection
Yes and itâs the same as other results. Whatâs good for you might not be for others. Iâm at work currently so will test it tomorrow. Iâm hoping itâs just a slight glitch
You said it seems to be an issue all over the place, I just said itâs good here. That doesnât imply your post is invalid.
