It’s been well over half an hour since the expected line drop happened and I have tried rebooting the ex230 but still no new IP. After reboot default gateway is gone log shows “Send DISCOVER IP 0.0.0.0 with unicast flag 1” but just get “Recv no OFFER, DHCP service unavailable”.
Clicking enable under “internet setup” still end up with status disconnected.
@Yayzi_Team - same here no internet currently since moving me from the 154 range. Are we being a little impatient ? or is something wrong?
Rik
There is dhcp server changes happening but things are slowly coming back up now
Hopefully not hardware fault on DHCP server
Same here, although I wasn’t part of the ip range being changed.
Mine is back now - however, I’m back to my original address on the 154.60 range
YEP, me too same IP.
DHCP server probably didn’t add route to the server or intermediary didn’t, have bootp enabled.
Those of you on ipv6 did that work ?
Yes it did
As per the status update. If you are still down please ensure your router is set to dynamic IP and VLAN 911.
If you have your details set Statically it will not work.
I awoke this morning to no internet. Rebooted router. No joy.
Checked here to see it’s a general problem.
I’ve checked and I have dynamic ip set.
I disabled IPv6 in case that was messing things up. (I thought I was on the trial, but haven’t received any communication about it, just seen posts this morning that it’s available to others)
We got rid of the trial and pushed it live to all
Great. Except that for me that meant I’ve now lost ipv4 and still haven’t got IPv6
Looking into this for you
If you could email my static ip I’ll try that!
Ok. I’m back up. No action my side. Just waiting for reply to email to explain what it was. It actually came back as I was in the middle of the email
Glad you’re back online, do you have IPv6 too?
IPv6 still not working though.
Are you using the Yayzi provided router?
Bit annoying be the third time this week Ive had to recreate all my port forwards because of an IP change.
I was just trying to remember what the heck I’d set the password to when it all came back on my own router.
Given the amount of config I’ve done with firewall, VLANs and WiFi, I’m leaving well alone!!!
