Now 2 weeks with no broadband

I have now been two weeks without internet and it’s looking like I will be without it over the Christmas break. I seem to be stuck between Yayzi and Freedom Fiber. What is going on?!

Did you cancel Yayzi and switch to Freedom? Or vice versa?

Yayzi have a network freeze in place at the moment which unless it’s a major issue, it won’t be dealt with until January

No, my ISP is Yayzi and they use Freedom Fibre network to supply my property. I have been in touch with support most days for the past two weeks. (No response from them yesterday) I believe it is a network issue which they have been in touch with Freedom Fibre about for the past week.

Yayzi will support:

OpenReach
MS3
Freedomfibre
Virgin Media Business

but they’re not officially on the website, so that’s what I mean

Everything has been fine for the past 6 months. It has been off since the migration. Seems like I am going to have to move providers.

I’ll do my best to get in touch with them for you, but I can’t guarantee anything with it being Xmas Eve

I can confirm this is currently with Freedom Fibre and we’ve asked for an engineer to urgently attend to get you back online
