Now I realise the fault is local and is actually with Cityfibre, but there’s been no updates for hours.
Do Cityfibre just down tools at 5pm on a Friday? Will I be without internet for the whole weekend?
I know it’s out of your hands but I was hoping for some sort of update by now.
