Only getting 500M

I have not been getting the advertised speed of 1G, it’s always about 500 up and down even when connecting a pc directly to a port on the supplied router. I’ve read on other posts that some customers are initially limited to 500M. Please can you check if this applies to me and correct my speed allocation if so,

Thanks. I’m not using the supplied router but that’s much better already and within spec at 780 down and 850 up. Will keep an eye on it over the few days,
