so why in this so called amazing move that is supposed to make i lives so much better am i now getting a email to add a payment method AGAIN!!! when i already added it before installation… but yet on my bank account the direct debit is still set up!!
It’s likely just a remanent of the GoCardless to Stripe transfer
During the migration to the new platform, if we couldn’t match your Direct Debit to your account for whatever reason, you’d need to login to the new portal (register using the link in the email) to just add it back.
