Pppoe details not received

Swapping to another package with you and I haven’t received the pppoe details to reconnect could you send them over please asap currently have city fibre here they have provisioned the ont just need those details and then they can move to the next job

Could someone take a look at the ticket I can’t seem to get into the router to add the details required it doesn’t load @Yayzi_Martin

Thank you was me being a dumbass :rofl: brilliant speeds rember to connect to the router as you can’t get in to the settings to connect if you’re not connected :rofl::rofl::rofl:
