Previous Outage topics

Are Yayzi now removing posts when the connection goes down instead of admitting it? The status still shows 100% uptime even though there we multiple posts of outage.

Totally agree! I posted something about Near Christchurch on Friday and the thread has been deleted completely.

What’s up Yayzi?

This thread will be deleted next..

Yep mine has vanished, not very pro is it?

Not as if they’re worried about effecting future business when their website ordering system has or has been broken for ages. Maybe the books are full lol

And… who is moderating this forum now? Is it just silently being done by Yayzi themselves now? I haven’t seen a comment from a mod in months, have they all scarpered?

Silence speaks absolute volumes in my book.

Don’t get me wrong. I still love Yayzi. But, they are a communications company and the only thing they don’t do is communicate enough. I think we all like to be a bit more updated in what is happening. I find it the way we are now a bit sad. Looking at it, there are a lot of customers feeling insecure. This could be avoided by a bit more communication.

The silence from Yayzi is a concern

Since Liam’s departure this forum sems to have little engagement from Yayzi.

Discord seems to a an alternative, where things seem to be discussed.

What made Yayzi a refreshing change … open communications ans engagement with users seems dead now.

The more worrying thing is no progress in the Cityfibre Address checker months on, IPv6 has been in testing for months and with little engagement or communications no clarity with where Yayzi is heading.

What really bothers me is the BS answer about the address checker not working because they are waiting on a third party developer to fix it and it’s low in their priorities. I’ve never heard such a crap fob off before, like we’re all thick. A working address checker should be absolutely central to your sales process - without it potential customers move straight onto the next provider, especially when they get a message saying Yayzi doesn’t operate in your area.

I’m calling it now, Yayzi is either struggling financially in some way getting ready for a takeover or for calling in the administrators. There’s no other explaination for the lack of communication and engagement other than for maintaining business as usual until such time comes. Someone from Yayzi needs to set me (and all of us) correct on this if it’s not true, because its not great as it stands.
