Gotta say iv never had any problems with changing settings on my router which reconnects the Internet and having to wait for ages for it to connect again… until all this migration started… before id reboot my router and in seconds my net was back… but now it takes forever to reconnect…WTF have you done to the sevice…for this to happen
There is a known issue with the Cisco DHCP Server, on the status page it has been noted and also says please refrain from restarting to keep your service.

I have moved my router away from the plug socket to potentially stop any interference…because its taking ages to download a 32gig game on a 950mbs connection on my xbox one series x…its saying it will take over 11 hours… otherwise i would not of moved it…
Their last update was 2 hours ago or so, so hopefully they will have a resolution soon. I don’t think that the socket would cause interference though, but hopefully it will be back soon for you!
Well i just remember yrs ago isp’s use to say keep routers away from electrical appliances…so thought id try and see if it makes any difference… i mean id thought that the router would have some kind of insulation from interference…as its a gaming router and cost over £120…
Mine is right above an extension socket and I don’t have any issue. Maybe try changing WiFi channel or something, if that channel is heavily used around you, it might reduce quality.

If possible it is always recommended to run Ethernet cables in your walls, for a faster and more stable connection
Mine is all connected with cat 8 ethernet cables

If it’s all hardwired, is the xbox hardwired too? I’m just a little confused as moving the router wouldn’t improve anything, unless the xbox was connected over wifi, which you say is not the case
Everything is ethernet… pc…xbox… as i said i just moved it incase due to what use to be said yrs ago…

I have mine routed via sky hooks to the devices, much cleaner that way.

its a standard of ethernet…like cat 5/cat 6 riser/cat 7/cat 8… then there is stanard wire and twisted… lol
