Reduced Service During Migration

I know you have said that there would be a degraded service during the migration, but it’s been really poor today. I only work from home rather than going in to the office, and since around lunch time today the speeds have been atrocious making even simple tasks like moving files around an unnecessary struggle. Meetings break up, RDP sessions disconnect etc.

On the plus side, at least I have a connection today and the DNS/routing has been fine since this morning’s update, but have I got to expect another two days of this:

No point in even attempting to game this evening either by the looks of my speed and latency. I know you said latency would be up and speeds lowered, but this is a hell of a lot worse than what was communicated.

Cheers.

ps, oh, looks like it can get worse…

My upload speed has been poor too, my download speed has also been a bit inconsistent as well, we just have to hang in there as annoying as I know this is

Mine is pretty much unusable, we use Sky Stream for our TV services and even that is struggling to the point I’m getting nagged at by the family, Prime time TV isn’t for another hour so its bound to get worse.
Also getting increasing packet loss, along with speeds in the single Mbps range

I got switched over around 3pm this afternoon, now my average ping is around 60ms with packet loss and I’ve seen speed test results as low as 15 Mbps. Anyone know what time on the 11th the migration window closes and everything is meant to return to normal.

Connection is totally unusable right now for online gaming with that ping & trying to download game updates or alike is a chore to say the least. My landline number is a voip service & the high latency is having an impact on that as well.

Still hanging in on the old network. Ping is low, just very unstable. Not even going to attempt to game tonight

After the 11th all this will be completed and all restrictions lifted.

Ive had no internet st all since 9ish last night. Was speaking to someone via email but not getting a response from them any more. Not good enough.

Oh, and now all Google shopping results are coming up in USD so looks like there are still GEO IP issues. Give me strength.

came on here to report this. My patience is being severely tested.

Same here, im out of contract now, so may have to start looking elsewhere. Glad im with a phkne provider who allows me to roll unused data, or I’d be completely stuck. Paying out for wifi I cant use is bad enough, but also paying for a currrently redundant Sky Glass TV too.
