Refer a friend and broken comms

Appears the refer a friend process is broken. I never received the email with the URL - I applied twice.

Sadly, the person who wanted me to refer them has now gone to another ISP. He said to me that he had a lack of response to his order. He also said the web chat is always offline and there was no one for him to speak to with questions he had.
