Router was assigned CGNAT address?

Just been connected today.
To have a smooth transition, I’ve currently connected the cityfibre ONT to my UDM Pro’s secondary WAN port. The secondary port has been assigned an IP address starting with 100.x.x.x.
I thought Yayzi did not do CGNAT, one of the main reasons I chose Yayzi over other companies using the cityfibre fibre network? :thinking:

Hm, it sounds like you’ve been temporarily out on the old network by CityFibre. We’ll get straight on this for you and get you moved.
