@Yayzi_Team Mine dropped at 12:10 ended up having to reboot the ONT to get it back (also Hartlepool)
12.09 & 12.20 for me for that time frame… wonder if there doing XG-PON upgrades… What part of hartlepool.?

Ah think your already XG-PON over that side I moved from merlin way over to other side of time which doesn’t have it
