Shoutout to Chris @ Yayzi - Resolving my issue

Hi Everyone,

Apologies if this post isn’t appropriate / shouldn’t be posted, but I’m aware that you’re more likely to see “issues” here than celebrations for things being done.

I had an issue with my broadband over the last 48 hours - it looks like it was caused by a (complex) issue with the Gateway.

After chatting with me via email / WhatsApp - It’s all been resolved. I’d really like to commend Chris for bearing with me. He was incredibly helpful, patient and got it all sorted!

This is tonnes better than any experience I’ve had with Virgin Media, Sky and BT.

Just wanted to give thanks! Apologies if this is a bit too spammy!

Also I had a (small) issue on set-up and Stefan was just as helpful working with me until 11pm on Friday night (and even getting City fibre back out to me the next morning - on a Saturday).

Really well done guys and a very happy customer!

It’s great to see some positive news over on the forums, mostly its for support.

Yayzi are a great bunch of people who go above an beyond any other ISP. I’m glad to see you’ve experienced this. I’m sure the Yayzi Team appreciate your kind words!
