We have a fixed ip yet it changes, since the last service update we have adopted (again) an ip address that does not work with Sky.

Do you want to state what the first 2 set of numbers of your IP are currently? Do you know what it was?

Hi I did a reboot last night to the media converter and note it is resolved.
I assume I got a new IP address
