Thought that i would add some positives for this company.
I’ve been with them now for around 3 months I think now, and have had nothing but positive from them.
I did have what we all thought was speed problems, that turned out to be the intel Ethernet chip on my motherboard. Luckily I also have a 10GB port and as you can see from the pic, all is great.
The support that I received from them was very good, supportive and within a good timeframe.
One of the things that shines through for me is their friendliness. That likely comes from being a small team, but I really hope that they never lose that.
