Bognor Regis! Explains everything
Thatās just not how that works at all - but if email [email protected] you can ask for a static to be applied
iv emailed yayzi twice now ā¦ but no reply
Last email was 4 days ago and I replied at 12:22 on 12th
well during all the migration we was all asked to email [[email protected]] regarding static ipās and i did on the 12th of dec at 07.19ā¦ then a sent a chase up at
[email protected] sat 14 dec 20.21pmā¦
Please email [email protected] to ask for a static to be applied.
An IP address is never going to be accurate down to your street because then you could very very easily dox someone
No we asked anyone who had a static IP prior who wished to keep it, to email NOC
iv already said that i didnt want it to be at my addressā¦ only the general areaā¦ like bognor regisā¦ not in manchester or scotland
It wont show an area like that - You can only register IPās to the location of the network, or the business address (which is why some show Fleetwood, and some show London) - all locations will eventually show either one of these places when they update.
Bigger ISPās may have IPās for certain regions, but they will likely have some address in that area too
At the end of the day, this is a very specific and odd request to ask of an ISP - itās not part of your contract or any service offered by Yayzi and youāre basically just nitpicking.
Please email [email protected] to ask for a static to be applied. Other than that I imagine this thread is finished as all questions have been addressed.
james has spoken everyoneā¦ and so it must be gospalā¦ and written in stoneā¦ everyoneā¦ we can no longer talk on this threadā¦ so please step away from the threadā¦ there is nothing more to discussā¦
^ Anything beyond this line is trolling ^
i do love a good trolling
Off your comment Iām expecting to see you on TikTok or something being arrested or summitš
Just donāt
@Yayzi_Team I donāt think the original question got answered here, do you anticipate getting all the static IPs moved over completed today, or is this taking longer than expected?
