Still offline with no idea when it will be fixed

The migration may have gone well for the majority but I am still offline and have been since the 9th December.

Yes I’ve emailed support which replied intermittently with various times it would be solved (which it did not).

It’s getting to a point now where being offline for so long is tainting the relatively positive experience I’ve had with Yayzi since joining in April.

This is with CityFibre currently, but they will not make any changes until Monday, so I have followed up with them, and hopefully I can have a solid update for you then

Has there been an update from CF yet?
