We stream an audio feed to a company called radio.co.
Prior to the recent upgrades the stream was uninterrupted.
Since the upgrades we are seeing disconnections of our streamer/no audio on an hourly basis - often around 15 mins past the hour - for around 20 seconds.
We have carried out a number of various tests on hardware etc. We tested routing the stream through a BT broadband connection and the stream to radio.co is solid and uninterrupted for two days now.
Ironically the stream TO the BT machine IS solid.
So it appears to be a problem with routing to curtain US servers.
The route is around 6 hops longer than from BT:
