Streaming stopped working

Having worked since connection 2 months ago today Prime has come up a message on tv and phone saying that I am using a vpn. Some other streaming services are also not working but all with different errors. iplayer says ‘somethings gone wrong’, Channel 4 says forbidden…

My ip address is 100.65.4.xyz and I have tried rebooted the router and the ONT but still have the same ip address and the same problem

Give you router a reboot now and you should be all sorted.

Thanks for the swift action. Those services are now working and I note that my ip address starts with 94.
