Suddenly appearing to be coming from the US again - over the weekend

Yay, IPv6 activated over the weekend = nice!

Tried logging in to work this morning and apparently I am appearing to be logging from New York - again (I thought you had resolved this?!). This has serious implications for many online services, not to mention working from home (which I know isn’t covered on a domestic connection but..).

Can we get this resolved ASAP please?

Please raise a ticket letting us know the current IPv4 and IPv6 address you are being allocated, All database update have been submitted regarding our addresses, some may not have been updated yet by the geolocation companies and we nay have to manually submit corrections to them.
