Throttling & Ping spikes (second instance)

Hello, this is the second occurrence where I can see my speed is being throttled. Like previously, the speed tests spike up but are being forced down. I can also see spikes in ping randomly REF think broadband speed QM (see below) can @Yayzi_Team look into this please ?

Hello,

What speeds are you getting compared to pay for?

Can you also confirm that QOS is disabled on your router?

As for the ping spikes are they when you are doing Speedtests?

Speed throttling is not something Iā€™ve seen or heard of in the last 7 months Iā€™ve been with Yayzi

Not saying it doesnā€™t happen, but as far as Iā€™m aware Yayzi do not use any traffic control

Yeah Iā€™m 100% sure Yayzi donā€™t have speed boundaries. Your BQM look great apart from the odd ping being high. You should try having minešŸ˜‚

Iā€™d also love that BQM, the min ping (green) is one of the lowest Iā€™ve seen on CF. Iā€™ll also vouch for NOT witnessing or hearing of speed throttling on Yayzi, or any CF provider to be honest.

Hey Aydan, I was previously on the 1.2, getting the speed and upward over wifi 6 (1.5gbps on speed test). I have recently switched to 2.3 recently (not sure if this had anything to do with it or not) but recently Iā€™ve begun to notice lag spikes when gaming or streaming. QOS is always off. The ping spikes recorded above are in early hours not when running speed tests, i left them on when asleep.

Might be also worth noting that the graphs above dont represent the best scenerio as they were from wifi-device.

I connected to Wired, direct to the yayzi router and beholdā€¦

Interesting, I have had some other ā€œtechnicalā€ issues that resulted in this same outcome previously (see my other threads) it was resolved in the end, but i was getting slower speeds to router when tests were run.

Sorry not sorry

When you put in wired did you use an IP like 192.168.1.* as this wonā€™t work as itā€™s an internal address.

BQM needs to be to your main IP not an internal IP, no wonder your pings are so low. I was getting jealous for a moment when I saw them

If youā€™ve plugged back in the Yayzi router, make sure to go into the advanced settings and turn on ICMP echo

Ok then.

It appears my ping is gone absolutely mental today, Im on a 2.3 xgspon connection and these are my speed test results.

My thinkbroadband tool is showing this for the last 24 hours.

Is there anyone here that could support ?

Worst one so far
