TP-LINK Ex820v and setting up static ip

Hi all.

Is there anything specific I need to do to get the router set up correctly, I’m not sure as after the reset last night I noticed it was set to dynamic, has anyone got a guide on what to do?

You’ll need to ask the team to check and assign you a static IP

Any idea how to get in contact with the team other than on this forum? I’ve logged a couple of calls for this very subject in the last few weeks and have heard nothing back. I have a feeling that I may have logged the calls using an old system?

Even though the router is set to dynamic the IP is static as it’s done on their end of you turn off the ont and reboot and the IP stays the same then it’s static
