TP-LINK Ex820v and setting up static ip

Hi all.

Is there anything specific I need to do to get the router set up correctly, I’m not sure as after the reset last night I noticed it was set to dynamic, has anyone got a guide on what to do?

You’ll need to ask the team to check and assign you a static IP

Any idea how to get in contact with the team other than on this forum? I’ve logged a couple of calls for this very subject in the last few weeks and have heard nothing back. I have a feeling that I may have logged the calls using an old system?
