Unable to create a MyYazi account

Since our contract began I have been attempting to get @Yayzi_Team support to change our direct debit to the correct one. I have tried here previously, I have tried via whatsapp and I have tried via email. Yet they are still taking the incorrect amount each month.

I have attemoted again to create a myyayzi account, but the information I was given by a gent named Stefan is apparrently fictional according to their system.

WTF am I to do to get this fixed please? Can anyone help?

I had issues with creating a My Yayzi account too when I joined, they emailed me a custom link, hopefully they’ll do the same for you

They are bringing out a new portal, so it could be they’re tied up doing that… are you overpaying? or underpaying? If it’s the former, they’ll refund you, if it’s the latter they may write off the difference, they’re great guys like that

Not defending them, but it is a team of 10 people over there
