Website glitches

I noticed a few glitches on the website

  • link to X, bottom right of https://yayzi.co.uk/ is a bad ref to x.com . Should be x.com
  • Placing my postcode into the search bar doesn’t list all the addresses in my street (only 3, or 8). That’s probably down to cityfibre data? May not yet be up to date for openreach so a non-issue?
  • On the results page from a postcode search, the help and support link is dead and points to https://yayzi.co.uk/help-support
  • on that same page the forum link goes to a website error (https://hub.yayzi.co.uk/)

I think I mentioned the hub.yayzi.co.uk link months ago, but It must be at the very bottom of the list on their priorities

New here - not yet a customer, but thought I’d do some give-back in at least pointing out some minor issues

Good shout about the x username the correct one is https://x.com/yayzibroadband I think they’ve made a typo error in adding their account. I’m sure @Yayzi_Team will get that updated as soon as they can.
