Hi, I’ve just had my first bill come through but I have not received an invoice or receipt - where would I be able to find this in the myYayzi portal? Or does it just take a few days to generate and appear?
While our new portal is under development, the invoices aren’t in the portal but we can send via email for you, not a problem 
- drop an email to [email protected] and we’ll get it sent via reply.

Each month you should also get a reminder emailed to you about the upcoming payment which helps.
Indeed - I had received this email but was just missing the invoice. Support have sent me the invoice so all sorted 
@Yayzi_Team I am not sure if it’s possible, but it would be amazing if the email that sends the upcoming charge and invoice number could also include an attachment of the invoice. Just an idea
